The ASEAN Journals’ typeface was copied from the Samporna Lettering that was originally designed for MSU by Dionisio G. Orellana, MSU’s Pioneering artist-illustrator. It was called “Samporna” by Dr. Mamitua Saber, MSU’s scholar and “man of letter.”
